We added this page because we want you to have the opportunity to meet them as well. These are the people who go outdoors because they have a true love for it and want nothing more than to share it with others.

HandCrafted Canoes and HCC BoatWorx have been producing some of Canada’s highest quality hand made boats for over 5 years. Located in the midst of Kitchener and Waterloo, their Breslau manufacturing facility has a showroom and test paddle pond on-site. Staff have proven themselves on the water as avid paddlers, this as a prerequisite as they are paddlers before builders. With this focus on their staff, they know that their products are made for you as if they were being made for themselves. The Cedar House – Grill and Martini Bar

We have partnered with this wonderful local restaurant to offer our summer social canoe adventure – Paddle and a Pint. The Cedar House offers a casual dining experience with all fresh ingredients, local when they can. They pride themselves on sourcing from as many local businesses as possible and offer local microbreweries on tap. They do an amazing job at making guests feel welcome, and satisfied.

Jim Davis Photography

Jim Davis has spent his life exploring nature in remote locations, whether it be on foot or by canoe. He has traveled to many countries photographing the natural environment as well as urban landscapes and people. Photography has been a part of this for 25 years. Jim has recently started doing small workshops in the field as well as his own Workshop Hangout Series on Google+ called Nature through My Eyes. Jim’s work has been seen in Canoe Roots magazine as well as online publications. The desire to share knowledge gained over the years has lead him to starting these workshops. Jim’s approach is both rooted in emotional response to nature from a philosophical side as well as presenting a solid foundation of fundamental skills to build upon.

Lisa provided us with her amazing talents to organize and plan our Grand Opening on June 30th, 2012. Lisa offers professional event execution, bringing a pesonal touch to your event, working within your budget, and eliminating the stress in planning your special party or event.
She specialize in Themed Birthday Parties, Sporting Events, Charity Events, Fund Raisers, Gala Dinners, Anniversaries, Mystery Dinner Parties, Graduation Parties, Grand Openings and more. Adding unique ideas and some party pizzazz, with a candy buffet, singing Elvis, flying lanterns and much more.

Daniel Banko – A graduate of McMaster University’s Fine Art Program, Daniel has been working for years with some of the country’s best adversting agencies and graphic designs firms. His primary focus is people. Whether it be editorial portrait or lifestyle, few photographers can capture people like he can. Daniel’s second love is interior photography not only becuase he is great at it but also because he get to travel.
